DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know that one in every 40 children in the
United States has incarcerated parents? Bruce Paulus of
What Went Wrong? prison ministry says, “These children
are six times more likely to commit crimes.”
“Two-thirds of women prisoners are mothers with
children under the age of 18 and over half of male prisoners
are fathers, according to the Child Welfare League of
America.” The average age of prisoner’s children is
eight.
LHF has a prison ministry. LHF sends free literature to
prisoners.
PRISON NEWS
One more inmate has completed
our Basic Bible Course, and they are ready for their
certificate of completion.
Now they can continue to the Church Course.
