THE SONG IN YOUR HEART

The last time I sang at church everything that could go wrong just about did! I was embarrassed, but I finished it. If anybody else was embarrassed, they missed the point. God put a song in my heart!

I lost the melody, but the song was still there in my heart; I just couldn’t hear it in my mind. So it is in life.

When we got saved, God put a song in our hearts. Sometimes with the worries, doubts, fears, and cares of day to day life we lose the tone of that song. We no longer hear it clearly in our minds, but the song is still in our hearts - we just have to listen more attentively! We have to quit concentrating on all that is negative and look to the positive - Jesus Christ! Then we will hear clearly the song He has given us!

If any of you have totally lost your song, let God restore it to you. John 6:37 says, “. . . him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”
